So where is the g-spot. Well finding the G Spot is not an exact science.

The G-spot is located about 1.5 to 3 inches inside the vagina on the upper wall. When aroused it's about the size of a walnut, usually a bit longer than it is wide. The position of the G-spot makes it impossible for most women to get a finger to it, but a partner should be able to feel it by inserting one or two fingers into the vagina after she is aroused.

The palm of the hand should be up if the woman is on her back, and down if she is on her front; initially finding the spot may be easier if the woman lies on her front. The partner should be able to feel the G-spot with their fingers as a small lump in the vaginal wall. The G-Spot will feel somewhat bumpy and not as smooth as other areas of the vaginal wall.

The G-spot is a mass of glandular tissue, known as the paraurethral glands, and nerves. The G-spot lies between the urethra and the vagina, and is not actually a part of the vagina. Normally it's unnoticeable, but as a woman becomes aroused the area swells, making it possible to feel it through the vaginal wall.

Once the spot has been located, it can be stimulate by moving your fingers in very small circles, or by doing a "come hither" motion with your fingers. Initial stimulation of the G-spot often causes the woman to experience a sudden and strong feeling of needing to urinate; this feeling soon passes, and may be replaced by pleasant and arousing feelings.

While all women seem to be able to feel stimulation of the G-spot, their response to it varies. Some women can orgasm from G-spot stimulation alone, others can't. Some women have strong orgasms from a combination of G-spot and clitoral stimulation, and some women have powerful orgasms when having intercourse in positions which stimulate the G-spot. Other women don't find G-spot stimulation particularly enjoyable.

The most popular sex positions for stimulating the G-spot are the Women-on-top position which allows the women to align herself for maximum pressure on the G-spot. The Doggie-Style position also allows for a wide range of positions to reach the desired alignment.

If you've never dated online before than it's difficult to know where to start. Many of our members have told us that the most difficult thing to do is write a profile. It's hard to write the truth, rather than what you might think the reader wants to see. You need to be honest with yourself, about yourself, and with others. Don't short-change yourself. Don't compromise because you're lonely, or because your membership is about to run out and you still haven't met someone! I would also suggest that it's okay to analyse your past relationship(s). Think about what you liked and didn't like, and then don't change your mind! If you didn't like it when your last partner smoked in the house or swore constantly, don't accept it from someone else hoping that their other qualities will overcome these minor issues.

One of the most important things you can do while searching for online companionship is to ask questions. Gently, carefully and respectfully ask about their past, their likes and dislikes, what they want from a relationship, etc. Take your time. It's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of romance. As well, ask to see photos of the person in their day-to-day activities. I'm not saying that looks are the most important thing, but the reality is that you want to make sure that all of the flames are lit, and that you won't be surprised when you meet them in person, except in a positive way!

I remember meeting a guy once - travelled 4 hours by train. When I saw him at the train station I was horrified! He may have been 6'1" as he stated, before he shrunk! When I looked down all I could see were these huge earlobes. Now I know that sounds superficial, but my eyes must have been saucers! Not very mature of me, but in reality it was his attitude that turned me off. The earlobes I could have accepted, over time! I'm sure that there was someone just for him.

Everyone looks different to everyone else. It doesn't mean that we're all beautiful to everyone. Chemistry is very important, so make sure that you have it before you meet, or at least a foundation to build on. It's also important that you both want the same things. You don't want to spend your life trying to convince someone that getting married or having kids, if that's what you want, would be right for them. You will just get bitter over time. If you're honest from the start, than you’re sure to have a more positive and fruitful online dating experience. Last but not least, when you’ve met someone and you start a relationship, cancel your membership. Having a backup plan isn’t fair to your new partner. After all, you met her/him online so you know what can happen, and so do they!

Online dating may be something very easy to get into because all you need is a computer and an Internet connection but if you want it to work for you, well, that’s when things become difficult.

Choose The Online Dating Site Carefully – there are naturally hundreds of online dating sites that you could try out but which one is really the best online dating site for you? Online dating sites that come with a price are usually better since they can assure you of better service, more online dating options but what if you’re cash strapped?

How can you determine which free online dating sites aren’t offering empty promises? If you find yourself in this dilemma, always make steps to search for information. Check out third party reviews on the Internet that discusses and rates online dating websites.

Secondly, try asking out friends and colleagues if they have any online dating site they’d love to recommend. You can also try it out for a day and see what type of people these sites are populated with. If most of the people seem to be crude then surely it’s not the online dating site for you.

Consistency and Communication Matters – Maintaining an online dating relationship with someone is similar to what a person has to go through with a long distance relationship. You have to be consistent with your efforts.

Since this is an “online thing”, make sure that you reply to each and every email or instant message your dating partner sends you. If it’s hard for you to correspond in a regular manner then don’t expect your online dating experience to be a bed of roses all the time.

Honesty Is Still The Best Policy – Because this is online dating and is done through computers, it’s very easy for people to give in to temptation and color the truth a bit. A 26 year old man suddenly becomes 18 and a college student. Someone with thinning hair describes himself as someone with more hair than Rapunzel.

These lies may give you satisfaction at the start but do consider the consequences. What if it’s time to meet up with your dating partner?

How then would you explain your big belly when you told him you’re more fit than Arnold Schwarzenneger or the fact that you’re just an underpaid sales employee when you explicitly told the other person you’re a hotel magnate? Even if seems so easy to lie about the little things, it’s always better to stick with the truth.

The 7 Killer Dating Mistakes

In your search for a great relationship, you shouldn’t just leave things to luck. There are many things that you can do that can enhance your dating experience. Unfortunately, though, there are also an awful lot of things that you can do to make sure that you’re a dating flop.

The following are the most common mistakes made by daters. Take the time to read and learn them so that you won’t make these mistakes too.

• The False Front – though it is important to look good when you’re dating, remember that you should always be realistic. If you do meet someone you like, you will be seeing that person a lot. In that case, you won’t be spending several hours getting ready every time. There is a difference between looking nice, and setting your date up for disillusionment. When you get ready, remember to be yourself. Look your best, look good, but make sure that it’s you in there! No false fronts.

• Availability – when you’re dating, it’s important to make yourself available when you find someone you like. After all, you’ve gone to an awful lot of effort to find a person who may qualify for a relationship. That person won’t stick around forever if you don’t put in some effort.

• Realistic Fun – relationships are often a lot of fun when they first get started. Everything is so fresh, exciting, and new. However, it doesn’t take long to discover that fun can only go so far. Make sure that you have other things in common, such as goals and values, if you want something long-term. Other than fun, you need to keep your eyes open for companionship, respect, love, and commitment. With those characteristics, you’re bound to have fun and a great relationship.

• Perfectionism – we all have our own fantasies about the right person. After building up this fictional Mr. or Ms. Right for so long, it can be hard to let a real person in. After all, real people are flawed. There is nothing wrong with having a dream. Just don’t let your dream block out a perfectly good person for a great relationship. Remember that it is our quirks and idiosyncrasies that make us special. Instead of rejecting them, treasure them when they come in a great person.

• Immediacy – a relationship isn’t something that happens instantly. Though you may want a relationship immediately, unless you give it time to grow, you’ll only be disappointed. Give yourself the opportunity to meet people, get to know people, like people, and find the right person. By rushing into a relationship, you’re setting up for a fall.

• Needs – though love is very important in a relationship, there is a lot more to it than just one emotion. The Beatles song “All You Need is Love” is sweet, but isn’t the key to a long-term relationship. You (and your partner) have many needs, and they all need to be met for things to work. Love is only one of those needs. You also need to remember responsibility, appreciation, trust, intimacy, and many other important factors.

• Time – one of the hardest things to admit to yourself is that a person you’ve been seeing for a long time isn’t the person for you. You may have known it from the start of the relationship, but didn’t want to hurt any feelings. The thing is, the longer you wait, the harder it will be. While you’re dating, you’re testing out different people to find the right one for you. If you discover that you’re with the wrong person, the best thing you can do is stop. It’s only fair to yourself and to your partner.

By avoiding these most common mistakes, you’ll be much more certain to have a happy relationship. It will meet your needs and those of your partner. It will also last much longer, and through many more obstacles. Happy dating.

In the last few decades, partners have spent countless hours trying to “work out problems.” Yet over and over again they often come up against a major roadblock: they just don’t see things the same way. No matter how long they talk and how hard they try, neither ends up feeling really heard and understood.

While there are some couples that just naturally see things the same way, most people have a really hard time seeing things through the other person’s eyes. What often happens when they “communicate” is that each person tries to get the other person to see things his or her way. Instead of solving the problem, each is trying to have control over how the other person sees things. This often leads to more conflict and frustration.

While I am not suggesting that couples stop communicating over problems and issues, I am offering an additional way of resolving conflict: taking loving action in your own behalf.

This form of conflict resolution is about action rather than talk. Following are some of the actions you can take that may make a world of difference in your relationship.

LOVING ACTIONS

1. Choose to be compassionate toward yourself and your partner rather than choosing to judge yourself or your partner.

Judging yourself and your partner will always lead to more conflict. Choosing to compassionately care about yourself and your partner can totally change the energy between you, even without words. If you believe that you or your partner are bad or wrong for your feelings, behavior, or point of view, then you will not be able to let go of judgment. You will move toward compassion when you understand and accept that each of you has very good reasons for your feelings, behavior, and point of view. Try compassionately accepting yourself and your partner and see what happens!

2. Choose to practice self-discipline in terms of saying nothing rather than behaving in an inflammatory way toward your partner.

Practice zipping up your mouth! Practice letting go of having to be right! Practice walking away from a conflicted or heated situation, rather than jumping into the fray in the hopes of winning. If you look back, you will see that no one wins when both people are trying to control with anger, blame, explanations, debating, defending, lectures, or compliance. However, if you choose to walk away, walk away with love and compassion – intent on taking loving care of yourself rather than punishing your partner. Walking away in anger is just another way to control.

3. Choose to accept that you have no control over your partner’s feelings and behavior, but that you have total control over your own actions.

It is much easier to let go of trying to control your partner when you move into acceptance regarding who your partner is. Trying to change your partner is a total waste of energy. Changing yourself moves you into personal power.

4. Choose to take loving care of yourself in the face of the other person’s choices.

You will find yourself wanting to talk about problems when you see yourself as a victim of your partner’s choices. However, when you accept your partner for who he or she is and accept your lack of control over your partner, you can then see your way clear toward taking loving action in your own behalf. Asking the question, “What is the loving action toward myself right now?” will lead to ideas of how to take loving care of your self. Asking, “If I were an enlightened being, how would I be acting right now?” will open the door to creative ways of taking loving care of yourself.

Loving actions are actions that support your own highest good without harming your partner. For example, if you are tired of often being frustrated and rushed because your partner is generally late leaving for an event, you might decide to take your own car each time your partner is not ready on time. While your partner might not like your choice, your action is not harmful to him or her. It is an action that stops the power struggle and takes care of your self.

Letting go of trying to change your partner and taking loving action for your self are the keys to conflict resolution without words.
